Well here are two studies that will push them into the SUPERHERO league.

Study one shows an easy way to increase sales and loyalty. And in study two an easy way to increase survey replies.

If you're adventurous enough to try these ideas... the rewards are huge.

Here's the conclusion of the first study:

If you greet customers and give them a gift when they enter the store you could increase sales by as much as 46.4%.

What you can do to benefit:

As the study noted - the gift doesn’t have to be big. It’s the combination of a gift and a sincere greeting what makes the difference to customers.

So as the report says greet customers like this - "Thank you for choosing _____ (the name of your outlet). Here is a token of our appreciation” and then give them their gift.

If you do a favour to someone or give them a gift (a bottle of water in the study) they are more likely to return the favour (doing a survey in the study).
